COVID-19 (updated 11/06/20)
We are still open for business for:
* Continued Student support
* Online learning
As we are unable to go to work at the moment, we are currently working from home, and subsequently our phone line is not manned. So please email us if you have any enquiries, and we can get back to you. – email@example.com
What we are currently not open for:
* Practical training, until further notice
We are currently monitoring the situation, and any course dates that are cancelled, will be rescheduled FREE of charge.
There is alot of speculation (and hope) that the government will allow us to re-open from the 4th July, this has yet to be confirmed, so until we are informed by the government, we will sadly have to remain closed for any face to face training. As soon as we are given the green light to re-open we will let everyone know. If you would like to book training for when we re-open, you can email us with your details – firstname.lastname@example.org

(11/6/20) To our students
We do hope you are well and staying safe.
We are still waiting on government guidelines for us to return to work. As soon as we have a date we will start booking and rescheduling you in 🙂
We cannot wait.
In the meantime, in preparation for your training, we recommend you complete your online learning, where possible, and if you need any help at all, please do not hesitate to ask. We can also provide live video calls via zoom if you prefer. We will be requiring students to complete the online learning before attending their training, for ALL accredited courses from now on. For VTCT students, we can provide you with guidance of what we require you to have read / completed, prior to each training day.
Once we can return to work, there will be changes made to ensure the safety of our students, our staff and subsequently that of all of our families. We are currently preparing a Covid-19 back to work plan, which will be updated as soon as we have received government guidelines, but this will include hygiene methods, the wearing of PPE and students will be asked to bring their own towels / products and PPE to minimise risks. We will only be open for appointment only, and training will be carried out on a one to one basis with the student bringing a model, or very small groups, again, to ensure the safety of everyone.
Booking in your training
Whilst we are still awaiting the government to allow us to be able to return to work, we feel we are not able to book in a confirmed date (s) for your training, but we are looking at scheduling in preferred days for our students and our trainers, to hopefully, make it an easier and quicker process when we can do so, so each of our students will be emailed, if you have not received an email, please drop us a line and we will get back to you – email@example.com .
It is going to be a time of adjustment for us all in our businesses, but we are here to support and help you in any way we can, so please reach out to us if you need any help.
Stay safe and well
Karen & Jason Ashton
